Al acceder y utilizar el sitio softlandingnearshoringmexico.com (el "Sitio"), operado por SOFTLANDING NEARSHORING MEXICO, S.A. de C.V. ("Softlanding"), usted acepta estos términos de uso. Si no está de acuerdo con ellos, le pedimos no utilizar el Sitio.
2. Objeto del Sitio
El Sitio tiene como finalidad ofrecer información general sobre los servicios de shelter y soft landing de Softlanding. El contenido del Sitio no constituye una oferta vinculante; la prestación de servicios se formaliza únicamente mediante propuesta y contrato específicos celebrados por escrito entre las partes.
3. El contenido no constituye asesoría
La información publicada en el Sitio tiene carácter meramente informativo y no constituye asesoría legal, fiscal, aduanera, laboral, financiera ni de inversión. Cada proyecto requiere una evaluación particular. Le recomendamos no tomar decisiones basándose únicamente en el contenido del Sitio.
4. Propiedad intelectual
La denominación Softlanding, su logotipo, así como los textos, diseños y demás contenidos del Sitio, son propiedad de Softlanding o se utilizan con autorización de sus titulares. Queda prohibida su reproducción, distribución o uso con fines comerciales sin autorización previa y por escrito.
5. Enlaces y servicios de terceros
El Sitio contiene enlaces a servicios de terceros, como WhatsApp. Softlanding no controla dichos servicios ni responde por su contenido, disponibilidad o políticas. El uso de tales servicios se rige por los términos de sus respectivos titulares.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
El Sitio se ofrece "tal cual". Softlanding no garantiza su disponibilidad ininterrumpida ni la ausencia de errores, y, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, no será responsable por daños derivados del uso o de la imposibilidad de uso del Sitio.
7. Datos personales
El tratamiento de los datos personales recabados a través del Sitio se rige por nuestro Aviso de privacidad.
8. Modificaciones
Softlanding podrá modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. La versión publicada en el Sitio al momento de su uso será la aplicable.
9. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los tribunales competentes de la ciudad de Chihuahua, Chihuahua, renunciando a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles.
